Finding Carter: Carter Stevens Outfit

Hi everyone,

I feel like every episode of Finding Carter just gets better and better!  Tuesday's episode was awesome, once again if you haven't seen it you definitely need to tune in every Tuesday at ten on MTV.  I loved Carter's outfit at the beginning of the episode.
