Totally Tulle: London Look Book

Hi everyone,

I've always admired a tulle skirt and when I stumbled upon one in Nordstrom Rack I got super excited and super nervous!  It's definitely something you can't wear everyday and definitely something that's a little more dressy.  But, with that being said I was up for the challenge and now I can't wait for the next time I get to put it on!  Here's my third outfit for my semester in London.
